garden room excellent food friendly staff
I stayed in the garden room and it was a wonderful surprise. i will definitely book the same room again. the food was excellent too. the staff were very friendly and helpful. They are a credit to the hotel.

the restaurant had a good atmosphere. i observed that there were approximately 15 tables in the main dining area, and each table was carefully set with elegant tableware. the bar area featured a wide selection of cocktails and premium spirits.

the hotel provided valet parking. staff members were always available to assist with luggage. the fitness center included three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights, ensuring guests had access to exercise equipment.

the room was clean the bed was comfortable. the concierge staff was helpful. the location was excellent it was easy to get around.
i requested more hangers but it seemed to cause a problem. a bath towel was removed and not replaced. tea bags and milk sachets were not replenished one day.

nice terrace perfect breakfast helpful concierge
The room had a big, nice terrace. Breakfast was perfect at the restaurant. Valet parking cost 45 quid. The nearby car park costs 30, so it's worth it. The concierge on the front desk was a great help and a true yorkshireman. He helped with the car and bags.
The bar could have had more staff available for quicker service.

central location room decor friendly staff missing coffee machine small toiletries average experience
the location was great. i could walk to many shops and restaurants. the room was also lovely. the staff were super sweet and always ready to help.
i felt the hotel wasn't quite a 5-star experience. while the beds were comfortable and the room was clean , the finishing touches seemed more like a 4-star. i expected a coffee machine , not just sachets of cheap coffee. the toiletries were not full-sized .
